Other day it is known that Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena president Pawan Kalyan have met eye to eye at the idol installation ceremony of Lord Dasavatara Venkateswara Swamy temple, that was inaugurated near Amaravathi. While both the leaders made only a formal ‘namaskar’ to each other, it’s their meeting inside the sanctum of the temple that is raising the brows.

A known fact is that Pawan Kalyan made some startling allegations on Telugudesam party and Chandrababu Naidu and just hours before this arrival he rained some tweets on CM’s nonchalant attitude towards Ex-TTD Chief Priest Ramana Deekshitulu. In the wake of these things happenings, the two haven’t exchanged any word in the public gaze at the temple event.

However, Saint Ganapathi Sachidananda Swamy has invited both Naidu and Pawan into the sanctum of the temple where they spoke to each other for more than half an hour. Later they have met at a special room in the temple, and continued their discussion. Though the temple authorities maintained that the talks are limited only to temple related matters and the two have taken only teertha-prasadam together, insiders revealed that they have indulged in political discussions.

Another crucial thing to be noted here is, both AP CM and Pawan Kalyan are invited by Lingamaneni group, the donator behind constructing this temple, and the ones who are taking care of Pawan’s Vijayawada sojourn.

Known for their patronage towards Telugudesam Party, one wonders why this group is backing Pawan and giving him a kingly treatment. Some say that they are supporting the Janasena cause and might seek a ticket for someone from the Lingamaneni family in the upcoming general election.

And others say that Pawan is flanked by many such biggies right now, as their political aspirations are not being meted with by other parties. We have to see where these newly found affiliations will end or take Pawan Kalyan to.

TRS MP from Nizamabad K Kavitha was all praise for film star and TDP’s Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna. Kavitha was the chief guest at the Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Research Centre’s annual celebrations last night.

Kavitha said that if NT Ramarao established the Basavatarakam cancer hospital to treat the poor, Balakrishna has taken it to the world. “Apart from the acting legacy, Balakrishna also inherited his father’s helping nature,” said Kavitha, further wishing that NTR biopic will be a huge success.

Though YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan did not counter these allegations, leaders of both the parties have said they would go it alone in the next assembly elections.

Both Jagan and Pawan have been telling the people that if they are given an opportunity to come to power, they would provide a better governance.

However, YSRC leader and former MP from Tirupati V Varaprasada Rao on Friday made sensational statement that Jana Sena Party would extend its support to the YSR Congress party in the next elections.

He claimed that none other than Pawan Kalyan himself had told him that his party would tie up with the YSRC in 2019.

“Pawan told me he had done a big mistake by supporting the TDP in 2014, hoping that an experienced leader like Chandrababu Naidu would develop the state. But Naidu has miserably failed his expectations. Hence, he has decided to extend his support to Jagan in the next elections,” Rao, whose resignation as Tirupati MP was accepted on Thursday.

If what the YSRC leader said is true, it is going to be a big trouble for Chandrababu Naidu in the next elections.
